Packaging rules in Czechia

Where businesses register
Czechia keeps its list of packaging businesses in VISOH 2, run by the Ministry of the Environment, which carries the entry in the list of persons kept under the Packaging Act. The rules call this a producer register. Being on it is what allows packaging to be made available in Czechia at all, so it is usually the first thing a business shipping there deals with.
