Packaging rules in Poland

Where businesses register
Poland keeps its list of packaging businesses in BDO, the national database for products, packaging and waste, run by the Ministry of Climate and Environment. The rules call this a producer register. Being on it is what allows packaging to be made available in Poland at all, so it is usually the first thing a business shipping there deals with.
